GEM3_Slashfix 1.0.2

Changes:

• Any messages typed directly to the channel (using /1 or so on) will appear as if the slash command had been used. (The issue with item links and channel numbers is still present. This cannot be changed.)
• Any GEM2 noise to the channel will be ignored and a message will be shown that it has been ignored. GEM2 users will continue to be ignored until they leave and rejoin the channel.
• If no alias is currently set for a channel, it will default to the channel name.
• If you have Auto Clear AFK enabled, the going/leaving AFK spam generated by GEM3 housekeeping will be suppressed. Using the slash command will still unmark you AFK.
• You can now use tildes with the slash command safely. However, this will appear as a '^' to those not using GEM3_Slashfix or those not using version 1.0.2 or newer.
