GEM3_Slashfix 1.0.4-beta

This beta version changes the underlying GEM channel behavior. By delaying when GEM initializes the channels, we allow the custom, deliberate placement of the GEM channel.

In short: This will keep the GEM channel number the same. You can even change the ordering of the channels and it will be retained.

The one side effect is that this will prevent GEM from initializing until 1-5 seconds after your UI has rendered and you have logged in. Until you see the list of people in the GEM channel, you will be unable to use GEM.

This does not work reliably.
