Greg v2

Greg is the loot handling addon used by the Avarice Alliance. Originally written by Psybie of Carpe Aurum and then maintained by Arshes of House Harpell, I took over maintaining it since September 2008.

This is a rewrite of the addon from scratch to hopefully provide for something more maintainable in the future. The implementation is currently heavily tied to the Avarice points system (ARP) so this may not be useful at all for other raiding entities.
